The 2024 Parochial Report and the Annual Parish Report to the Diocese are now available for completion and are due by March 1, 2025.

2024 Parochial Reports – What You Need to Know

  • The General Convention Office will email filing information to individual congregations in early December 2024.

  • Instructions are imbedded in the form instead of being in a separate document.

  • The Episcopal Church Register App is an online system that can be accessed from any device and is fully integrated into the Parochial Report filing system. That means that if you use it to track your service attendance each week, when you get to the end of the year all the information on how many services you held and what your attendance was will already be in the filing system! Read more here.

Annual Parish Reports to the Diocese

Each parish must submit the following reports by March 1 (Gospel-oriented communities and seasonal chapels are excluded and will be contacted directly and on a different schedule for their annual report):

Current Ministries and 2025 Congregational Leaders
2024 Safe Church Report for 2024
2024 Diocesan Income Report
2024 Investment and Endowment Report
2024 Parochial Financial Review
2024 Clergy Compensation

How to save and share parish forms that are in process:

  1. Enter your email address in the submitter’s email address field at the end of the form.

  2. Click on the “Save and Resume” button.

  3. A link to the saved form will be sent to the submitter’s email address. The link may be shared with others.
